  Let me start by staying we enjoyed our 5 days (4 nights) at Vances Resort however in our opinion there were some areas that need improvement to make it better (and therefore a higher rating).

  Outdoors. Very nice grounds on the lake/river. Fishing is great!! (Not overfished)

  Rooms, they are fine. Just a bit of work is needed. (Pet hair on the floor and sofa)

  Away from your city life n by banks of Spanish River this peaceful place brings colors to life. Fishing, boating and fully furnished cottages will keep your spirits high. You will love it coz its cozy. Friendly staff.

  really loved this camp stayed here for 3 nights last year and is staying here for 2 nights caught a pickerel earlier loved this so much I even got to hold a leech was very brave.
